What kind of wax do we use?

We use 100% natural soy wax, which is free of paraffin and all petroleum derivatives.
It comes from a sustainable European source, is GMO-free, vegan and cruelty-free.
In addition to its naturalness, it burns much longer and does not emit any harmful substances while burning.

What fragrance oils do we use?

Our fragrance oils are sourced from Europe, premium blends blended by perfume houses, paraben-free, comply with European Union regulations, and are certified vegan and cruelty-free.

Can fragrance oil cause an allergic reaction?

Unfortunately, an allergic reaction may occur, in which case we ask you to stop using the product.
Allergenic ingredients can be found on the sticker on the bottom of the candles, and in the case of scented waxes, on the bottom of the box.
If you have any questions, we will be happy to provide further information.

What can we know about the wick and the burning of a candle?

We chose the wooden canoe for its naturalness and atmosphere. It is made of untreated, FSC-certified beech wood, which comes from sustainable European forestry.
Just as a campfire evokes the atmosphere of crackling, it is a little difficult to ignite.

Why do I have to wait a long time for the stock to be replenished?

We are a small business and we make our own candles and scented waxes, so unfortunately, despite our best efforts, some products may run out of stock.
Furthermore, soy wax-based products require a certain amount of maturation time for the fragrance oil to mature.
We always wait 10 days for candles before sending them to you, and for scented waxes we usually wait 3-4 days.

White spots appeared on the cornea, what is this?

There is no need to be alarmed at this time. This is a natural property of soy wax, which, despite the greatest care, develops due to temperature fluctuations when the wax begins to cool down after pouring.
The phenomenon is called "freezing", but it does not affect the burning or scent of the candle in any way.

Can I pick up the products in person?

Unfortunately, personal pickup is not possible.

How can I pay for my order?

You can currently pay for your order on the SimplePay platform via online payment, bank transfer or Qvik request.
We do not offer the option of cash on delivery.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

We will send you the invoice related to your order via email when we have prepared and shipped your order, so the order is considered fulfilled from our perspective.

What are the pickup options?

Domestically, the MPL courier service delivers the packages, with the option of home delivery or collection at a parcel point.
We send packages abroad using the MPL courier service and only home delivery is available.
Please note that in the case of parcel point delivery, you must select the option and the parcel point that suits you on the Cart tab.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If the product is in stock, orders will be processed and handed over to the courier service within 1-2 days.
For domestic orders, we offer 1-day delivery, but during busy periods this time may increase.
For international orders, it will take 3-7 business days for the package to arrive, and you can expect similar increased delivery times during peak periods.
